Thanks for the comment Boardgrl!
I don’t know how much help I will be, but let me tell you the DVD is really worth it, because you can actually see what you need to do.
Then it just reinforces the book. The followup clinic really connected for me since my coach videotaped me and I could see what he meant about changing my form.
I think that Chirunning will allow me to do a Half. I don’t think I would be able to without it.
