Getting the leg back August 11, 2008
Posted by boardgrl RunTendonitis hurts, plain and simple - and mine started right after my last tri where the road was pitched - apparently differentiations in “leg length” can contribute to tendonitis. I’ve been resting and massaging it for a week and a half now and it’s feeling much much better. Also, running slowly and with shortened paces every three days (instead of every other day) has helped quite a bit too. Maybe I can pick up the pace a little now.
